The first edition was'compiled with the introduction ofthe subject "Hospital and Clinical Pharmacy" in the curriculum ofPharmacy degree courses in almost all the Universities as well in the diploma courses conducted by board of education in the respective states. He also acted as President of Pharmacy Council of India besides holding other prestigious positions and offices in the country.
