Nutritional Biochemistry is meant for students of BSc (nutrition) and BSc (home science) courses who require fundamental knowledge of biochemistry with emphasis on food sources of all the nutrients like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, lipids, vitamins and minerals. He has taught biochemistry to undergraduate and post-graduate medical students 1964-2001 (37 years) and BDS students 2003-2013 (10 yeqrs). He has published 77 research papers in national and international journals, 7 books on biochemistry on different courses, 2 chapters in two books and 9 articles in national newspapers on health-related topics. He worked in Australia for two years as a post doctoral research fellow. Devanshi Sharma MSc (clinical nutrition) is Clinical Nutritionist at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon. She has worked as a nutritionist in different hospitals in Gurgaon.
